About Estee

Estee Rosen is an entrepreneur, business leader, investor, social innovator, and photographer who believes that a meaningful life is built by bringing together purpose, people, and creativity.

Throughout more than three decades in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and business leadership, Estee has founded, led, and advised companies at different stages of growth.

Today, she is Co-Founder and CEO of Hopec Pharma, a biotechnology company developing a novel immunotherapy for bladder cancer. and is a Co-Founder of Workey, a nonprofit initiative helping young people from underserved backgrounds enter the workforce and build independent futures.

Alongside her professional work, Estee is deeply rooted in her family, which remains the center of her life and the source of much of her strength, perspective, and inspiration.

She believes that business achievements have greater meaning when they exist alongside love, relationships, generosity, and presence.

Photography has accompanied Estee throughout her adult life. Through the camera, she looks for light, emotion, human connection, and the small details that others may pass by. Her photography reflects the same qualities that guide her in business and in life: curiosity, sensitivity, optimism, and the ability to see both the larger picture and the individual detail.
